Special Film Making Workshop at AFTV
Access Framingham Television (AFTV), Framingham’s public access community media television station, offers a multi session workshop on movie making with Jason Daniels*, creator of the 100-Seconds Film Festival. Saturdays, March 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st from 10am-12pm at the AFTV Studio, 4 Vernon Street in Framingham Centre.
Participants will learn about the 100-Seconds Festival, discuss story ideas and storyboarding, learn camera and editing basics using AFTV equipment, and create a short film.
The four-week workshop is $20 for AFTV members/$30 for non-members. Memberships are available to anyone who lives, works, attends school in Framingham or affiliated with a Framingham-based organization. Member benefits include workshops in video production, borrowing video equipment, and access to broadcast programs on the AFTV cable channel.

*Jason Daniels launched the 100-Second Film Festival in Lowell in 2005. He has created and facilitated numerous digital media projects involving video performance, motion graphics, film, animation and television studio production. Jason has been involved with community media for 15 years and digital media software for over 20. A new resident to Framingham, he is the Executive Director of Easton Community Access Television.
