Access Framingham is operated by Framingham Public Access Corporation, a non-profit corporation designated by the Town of Framingham to run Public Access local television programming. Access Framingham is funded primarily by a percentage of the revenues of Framingham’s cable providers, as required by their licenses.
Access Framingham trains and assists members to produce video programming, and provides cablecasting facilities. All Framingham residents are eligible to become members of Access Framingham. Individual member producers are responsible for program content and retain their copyrights.
